General Information

Collaboration Date: November 23rd - December 31st

Store Hours:
Monday - Friday: 2 pm - 9 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 1 pm - 9 pm

Parking Information: We have a parking lot in front of our shop and a parking structure in our plaza. We recommend parking on the top level of the parking structure.

Day 1: Due to the expected turnout, we will be limiting in-store merchandise purchase to 1 of each item per person. Please note that we do not have the bowls on sale on day 1 and they will be released at a later period in the collaboration.

We will try our best to make as much ice cream as possible but please note that it will be while supplies last

Merchandise Information

We will have a limited amount of merchandise available for purchase at our shop. If anything runs out, we plan to restock throughout the collaboration but supplies are limited.

Merchandise can be pre-ordered on our website. Please note that even if you select in-store pickup, you will have to wait until you receive the email that your order is ready for pickup (estimated March 2026).

The bowl will be revealed and released at a later date so follow us on social media to be the first to know!

Life-Sized Standee Giveaway

We will be raffling off the life-sized standees displayed in our shop. Customers can enter by making a purchase or posting on social media. Complete rules below:

Official Giveaway Rules: Life-Sized Standees Raffle

1. Eligibility

1.1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

1.2. Participants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent.

1.3. Employees of the hosting store and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.4. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

2.1. The giveaway begins on the date the hololive collaboration items become available in-store and ends on January 2nd.

2.2. Winners will be drawn on January 3rd.

3. How to Enter

3.1. During the giveaway period, customers will receive one (1) raffle ticket per day with any purchase of hololive collaboration items in-store.

3.2. Limit one raffle ticket per customer per day, regardless of the number of items purchased.

3.3. Customers may place their ticket into one of the following raffle boxes:

● Fuwawa Abyssgard

● Mococo Abyssgard

● IRyS

3.4. To enter without making a purchase, participants may post a picture of the hololive English x tsun scoops collaboration on any form of social media and show an employee.

4. Prize

4.1. Three winners will be selected, one for each prize:

● Life-sized Fuwawa Abyssgard standee

● Life-sized Mococo Abyssgard standee

● Life-sized IRyS standee

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be randomly drawn on January 3rd from the tickets submitted to each respective raffle box.

5.2. Winners will be contacted using the phone number provided on their raffle ticket.

5.3. If a winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, or does not pick up their prize within two (2) weeks of being notified, the winner will forfeit the prize.

5.4. In the event of forfeiture, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Prize Pickup

6.1. Winners must pick up their standee in person at the store.

6.2. Winners may be required to show identification matching the information on the raffle ticket.

7. Publicity and Privacy

7.1. By entering, participants consent to the store contacting them for the sole purpose of administering the raffle.

7.2. Personal information collected will not be sold or used for marketing unless explicit consent is obtained.

7.3. Winners may be asked for permission to have their first name or alias announced publicly; consent is not required for prize redemption.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The store is not responsible for lost, illegible, damaged, or incomplete raffle tickets.

8.2. The store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

9. Agreement to Official Rules

9.1. Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the store, which are final and binding.
