What does tsun scoops mean?

Some of you may be wondering why we chose the name tsun scoops. Like our mascot Cream-Chan, we think ice cream is the perfect representation of tsundere. At first it’s very cold but then it warms your heart with its deliciousness!

Where is tsun scoops headquartered?

tsun scoops, the ice cream parlor, is headquartered in Southern California but we can ship our merchandise to anywhere in the US!

How do you ship your merchandise?

We take great care in packaging our merchandise because we want everything to arrive perfectly! Our stickers are shipped in card protectors and placed inside a bubble mailer. Our t-shirts are shipped in our signature pint container and boxed with plenty of packaging materials.

Do you offers returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. Please check the sizing charts or send us an email if you have any questions. If your item is defective though, we will gladly exchange it for no extra charge.
